Don't your devices let you know when there is a message or a newsflash or whatever else it or I choose?

Fb followed by gumtree, then maybe ebay. Facebook to check out family and friends, and make my scrabble moves. When I am sick of all that I check out BBC news. Last thing is a couple of crossword sites. Then a bit of freestyle roaming around. Then I read my book. lol.

I only go to Facebook about once a month or when I get a message to tell me it's someones birthday.

I'm on cs most of the day but not looking at it all day. Same with Twitter.
