Catholic schools cater for families of all income levels and categories as per the Australian Bureau of Statistics Census.
Parents/carers who hold a means tested Australian Government Health Care or Pensioner Concession card are entitled to significant fee discounts. Families who do not hold either of these cards and who are experiencing financial difficulty are also entitled to fee assistance. Further information will be available from the school Principal.
No student will be denied enrolment in a Catholic school because of their family's financial situation. New and existing parents should discuss this with the school Principal who will treat the matter confidentially and respectfully.

your right, it depends on a lot of things whether or not a child gets a good education.
there has to be a point? I was just sayin'. didnt realise there had to be a point as such.
Does not Have to be I suppose but if you make a statement that others see as being not correct, there will be some debate about it.

I am all for NO government funding to ANY private school.
All the reasons given are just excuses really. This ridiculous funding system we have been lumbered with has screwed our public system so badly that it will take decades to recover even if governments decide to do something concrete about it, Gonski or not.

Education, like health, transport and infrustructure generally, should be a load that the government carries.
Instead we have the appalling situation nowadays where private schools get more funding than our public ones. It's mindboggingly stupid.

It's call politicking. The Catholic church and private schools has more power than you think.
