I have long hair and I put it up in the heat,
but it's heavy and pulls on my head and gives
me a headache. First World Problem?
Woke up this morning, couldn't breathe, grabbed
my inhaler, took a nice deep (as much as I could)
breath - and inhaled something that was in there!
What followed was much gagging, dry retching and
eye watering and the darn thing wouldn't come up.
So I drank a glass of water and hoped to drown it.

Off to the doctor with you, Ma Stawka, if you don't start to feel better soon. Perhaps there was a bug or something stuck in the mouth piece. This heat makes it hard to breathe so if you are still short of breath, don't stuff around.
I went outside and , luckily found no casualties, freshened up the water containers, and sprayed the budgies.
My hair is up and clothes are off. Its too bloody hot.
Other half has been outside and changed all the bowls of water and flushed out the bird bath.
I cant breathe when I go outside, so over this heat......
