would you

Still buy off a seller after you enquired about purchasing it as it hadn't sold, the seller has said they would  re-list item for a B.I.N , but upon re- listing they had put a higher price on it than what the B.I.N. price was before?

Re: would you

It depends if you want it or not, if I want it I would buy it.

The seller can charge what she wants and was probably losing on the price she had it at auction anyway.

I often have auctions I lose on just to attract attention to my shop.

Re: would you

how much was the price increase, is the item still worth it and are there other similar items listed for cheaper?

Signatures suck.

Re: would you

If the original was a BIN and not an auction I would be asking why the jacked the price and then tell em to stick it.

was a "BIN" listing to start with by the looks, I think it was a bit cheeky of the seller to raise the price only coz the seller received interest. its not as if the seller has to make up for any losses on insertions fees coz the seller might be listing the $0 insertion fee promotion.

Re: would you

Probably not. If I didn't want it at the original BIN price, can't see why I'd want it at the higher one, unless I just couldn't afford it when it was listed the previous time of course.

Maybe the seller has had other enquiries.  Unless you worked out a price and the seller listed it just for you then it's your choice.

Re: would you

Did you see the item for sale when it was still an active BIN?. Did you decide it was too dear and you would wait and see if it wasn't sold then email the seller to see if they would sell it to you, hopefully at a lower price?

It is you choice OP. If you think it is overpriced don't buy it. If it is something you really want and can't get it elsewhere, and can afford it, buy it.
