Having purchased a few from various suppliers, and having tested MANY on behalf of other dissappointed purchasers, I have reached the following conclusions:
Regardless of the fact that it is ILLEGAL to FALSELY ADVERTISE a particular capacity, and then supply a product with MUCH LESS capacity, (At least such is the case here in Australia), eBay seems powerless to curtail the scammers.
If there are spelling and/or grammar mistakes on the listing (FlasherDrive???), or if feedback is less than 99% Positive, or if responses to negative feedback appear 'canned', - then it is probably A FAKE.
If there are spelling and/or grammar mistakes on the listing, (indicative of NOT having the advertising language as primary spoken language), you are going to have a very hard time attempting to resolve any problem, so STEER CLEAR of those!
If the product offered IS NOT A RESPECTED BRAND NAME, - then it is probably A FAKE.
If the photos don't match those of other dealers, severe colour differences or spelling differences, - then it is probably A FAKE.
If Pricing is less than $0.30 per GB (refer table below), - then it is probably A FAKE.
(But DO look for a genuine reason for the very low price.)
If Pricing is between $0.30 & $0.40 per GB (refer table below), - You are looking at a fairly good bargain.
(IF IT IS A RESPECTED BRAND NAME.)
If Pricing is over $0.40 per GB (refer table below), - then go buy one at a retail store!
(You'll pay the same, but have it much quicker!)

May those who offer 1 TB units for $25.00 and deliver a shabby 32 GB piece of junk, be consigned to forever suffer the following:
Every time they order a 250ml drink, may they receive 5ml of water in the bottom of their glass!
When they order 'Fries', may they receive only TWO BURNT 'Fries' in the carton!
May their Bank take 90 days to process all payments!
And, may their PayPal Passwords all inexplicably change to Gaelic words which they don't know!
