Purchased phone with warranty seller wont respond and ebay wont do anything?

Purchased phone with warranty need to make claim seller will not respond and nothing that ebay will do ??

If you paid via PayPal then you have 180 days to open a case for INAD.

Otherwise you have no recourse and need to chalk it up to lesson learnt.

Don't buy electronics online, you stand a much better chance of getting a genuine warranty from a B&M store or at the very least only buy from one of the big retailers online.

Thanks for your response yes lesson learnt will not purchase again very frustrating that ebay will allow a seller to keep selling and offering a false warranty yet not do anything about it 😠😠
