How can a seller list a XM-LT6 Flashlight be as delivering anything up to 90000lm when a XM-LT6 or even a XML-L2 is specified as having an output of < 1000lm in the Cree Data Sheets?

When I put this question to a seller the answer was "we write according to the market". This is not just one seller exaggerating specifcations but most sellers.
