Let's try this new game... 🙂
You have a word and have to write a sentence with an antonym of this word (it must not be a perfect antonym/opposite). The sentence must contain at least three other words (not including articles, pronouns etc.)
The next poster then chooses a word from the sentence of the previous poster (not the antonym, any other word) and builds a new sentence with the antonym of the word he or she has chosen.
For example:
START - She finished her delicious meal in no time.
The antonym of "start" is "finish/finished", so the next poster has to choose between "delicious", "meal" and "time" (the antonym can't be used) and has to write a sentence with the antonym of the chosen word and with at least three other nouns.
Let's get started... 🙂

CARING - It is damaging to a child to be brought up in an environment of constant criticism and acrimonious neglect, which is why Mrs Adelaide Combe was disturbed by what she saw in the Biggs’ household.

CRITICISM - The children found Mr Smiles, their new teacher, to be a great improvement over Ms Grumpypants, as he was always willing to praise their good behavour rather than punish even the slightest transgression.

SMILES - The election was going very badly; Tamka Bolopa expressed his displeasure with a series of pained grimaces and occasionally burying his head in his arms.

DISPLEASURE - When her disabled son won the Paralympics, the elderly woman felt an indescribable thrilling joy.

DISABLED - Suddenly the old generator began humming with power, and Mike stride back inside, saying triumphantly, “I’ve fixed it, and it should last you until you can get a repairman out here to give it some proper maintenance.”

MAINTENANCE - The old man looked around sadly at what had once been his pride and joy, shaking his head at the disrepair caused by the disinterest and neglect of the new owners.

OWNERS - Melanie Rebeyn had been inside for so long that she’d long since forgotten about her mobile phone (now defunct), gold-plated watch, small makeup bag full of ultra-bright green eyeshadow and caked-up mascara, and a handful of other belongings which she’d surrendered to the booking officer 36 years ago.

MOBILE - It sometimes felt that he was between a rock and a hard place, his grandfather's stance on anything technological was so fixed, that he wouldn't even use a remote control for his old analogue television, and completely refused to use a cordless phone, let alone a modern smart phone.

ROCK – Darren reluctantly realised that their heavy metal group “Spawn of the Endless Night of the Devil’s Toad” was going nowhere, so he suggested one afternoon, after a hard day’s out-of-tune jamming in the garage, that they switch focus, change the band’s name to “Parsley in Motion” and play folk music instead.

NOWHERE - He had looked everywhere, but couldn't find the beautiful gift he had bought for his partner - he knew that it was in a safe place - but where?
