"the new TAFE to Uni program is good, cept it lets any old riff raff think they can become a professional, when really they'd be better off sticking to food hygiene imo. Maybe if they included literacy units, they'd prevent othersideofline people from expending all that effort and bravado talk, only to find they end up client-free and back where they started, washing dishes."
