Deb- Im sorry but i just refuse to watch the new Karate Kid movie.
IMO the old movie was perfect and i cant see anyone else but Ralph Macchio as the kid and Pat Morita as Mr Miyagi.

Amy I was a bit like that too, I hate remakes. But I think Mr 11 will enjoy it so we are goig for him. He is starting to out grow some of the kids movies now.

My friend just took her kids to see karate kid and can't stop raving over it. I think they have changed the story a little as the location and charaters are different as well so you'd have to try and forget the original I reckon.
