Yum! I love subway too but almost never eat bread. It is a rare treat and, when I do eat it, I always eat wheat. I never had the teriyaki chicken; I always get the meatball or turkey since those have the highest protein.

I have a monster headache tonite .... I think due to all the running around I have been doing today ..... havent stopped since 4.30am this morning ..... got home properly at about 6.30pm ......too many appointments on the one day ..... I think !
