Mim all he had to do was to take out the graphics card & put it back in lol. Seems the journey must have loosened it but it's tight now!
The hard bit was connecting to the net - he had to ring tech support cos he'd never seen my configuration before (my last tech guy had to do the same) - my modem is 7 years old & they had to call another guy who knew about it to get my connection set up. But eventually done! I wish I could get a normal connection but apparantly that would take a paid call-out.
(Remember when a 7 y.o. appliance was completely normal??!!)
