Le-Anne, guns scare me too! We don't own any but anyone can own just about any kind of gun they want to. It's insane!

Peela, it's very sad. Don't know if our Congresswoman will survive or if she does, what she will be like. She's only 40.

There were actually 19 people shot; 6 fatally.

HI Donna, Queensland is in severe flood with an area under water approx the size of France and Germany combined with about 200 000 people effected, so yes we are all pretty much over the rain lol. Strangely over the other side of the country where Peela and Rose are they are not getting enough rain.

I saw the news about the Congresswoman and am praying for a speedy recovery for her.

Very sorry to hear of another multiple shootng in the US. I suppose guns there are like cigarettes. Once they're legal there's too many people against having them banned when they find just how lethal a situation it is. But I don't even see them making it harder or more expensive to get, unlike ciggies - here at least.
