back to work tomorrow .... then after work going to an 80th birthday party for a lady we grew up next to .... her son owns a flash restaurant in perth .... and the party is being held there ... so gonna be a nice night ....
lovely food, speeches, a movie about her (or slides or whatever) and then apparently an elvis impersonator ... ๐ฎ ..... picking up mum & another couple of ladies to take with me ....
so wont be online until late tomorrow nite ...

Peela, hope you had a wonderful time at the birthday party. Hope the birthday lady had a great time as well.
Took hubby to the dentist in Mexico yesterday. He was able to repair his broken crown...thank goodness. Only cost us $60 instead of $250 for a new one.

Just sliced my arm scraping glue off my floor hehehe ouchies but lol cause the way it's done I look like a middle age wanna be EMO :8}:^O
ohhh Donnaโฅ maybe I should book myself into the dentist while we are in port at mexico that is such a fantastic savings your hubby got.Did you get to have fun while you were there or do you just go to the dentist with no detours?

Still scraping the old lino off the floor I have gotten the kitchen area done so that leaves the laundry,family room and paage way now wheeee so much fun and now I get to chill for 5 secs before I start my shift at work ๐

finally here ....
well the 80th birthday went off very well indeed .... picked up mum and a couple of older ladies .... and drove them into the restaurant.... Le-anne it was Friends Restaurant in the Hyatt ... the birthday girls son owns it .... and we grew up together ... the meal was lovely as was the company ....
and the elvis impersonator .... well not my cup of tea ...but he was for the birthday girl who loved him .... so that was the main thing !
then I dropped 3 slightly tipsy older ladies home ๐ before getting home just after midnight .... **yawn**
then today ... worked late shift .... and parent had to be called to come get her child ...at 6.25pm ... we closed at 6pm .... she finally turned up at 6.30pm .... to be told she owed the other carer and myself $30 each .... $1 per minute per carer per child .... lets hope she brings it in tomorrow ...and picks up her child early tomorrow also ๐
