I do all my washing etc on the weekend ... dont have time during the week with working full time ....mind you if I ever get a couple of days off I usually do a load to clear it from the laundry and make the full wash a lot quicker 😉

Gee what has happened to this thread? no one is here, it use to be a buzz with posters and taggies, well id like to share what another tager made me i love my zaidee bear

yes indeed .... the week is whooshing past again ... 😮
today I had to stay an extra 1 hr 15mins .... cos another girl .... told the boss 'she was sick ...and had to go right now' ...:O
so boss asked me to stay ... cos otherwise we would have been in breach of our regulations .... we have carer/child ratios that we have to adhere to as per the regulations ....
so I said ok .... boss went out to tell her ....and she just walks out .... left the kids by themselves .... boss was shocked ...and stayed out there with the kids until I put my stuff back in my locker and got outside ....
then the boss who started work with me this morning at 6.15am.... had to stay and lock up ... finally leaving at 6.30pm ... cos there was no one else to do it ... 😞 she is gonna be buggered tonite ... working a 12hr day ...and that included all the office work and cooking.... due to the cooks dad having a heart attack and in hospital ...so she wasnt able to come in either ....
luckily I get paid the overtime ...but boss is on a salary so doesnt get paid any extra for working 12hrs today 😞

That's the one bad thing about being a boss or being a salaried employee. There's no extra pay if you have to put in more than 8 hours. I sure hope that boss talks to that lady about just taking off before someone is out with the children.

Well you should be sound asleep by now. I was up...well sorta awake around 5:30 but up by 6 this morning. Since I didn't go walking with my friends on Tuesday, I thought I had better get up and go walking today. I actually enjoy walking but it's the early hour they pick is what I dislike.
You're right....that definitely does not look good on an agency when they have someone who does what that lady did. Hopefully it's just a one time event.

out later today ...but only cos I was chatting to a pile of parents asking how their children were today .... part of the job ...but you dont get paid for it LOL ....but thats ok ....at least I have a good rapport with the parents ... very important seeing as Im looking after their children ♥
well its raining up a storm her in my neighbourhood 😮 and they are forecasting a storm on sunday .... not liking that one bit 😞
