evening all ....

had a good day at work today .... we made spider cupckaes .... little cupcakes .... then black icing on top .... then some sliced licorice for legs and smarties for eyes ....

;ast nite I made some 'bluddy eyeballs' for the kids at work .... used white marshmallows .... cut in the middle with a dried cranberry in the hole ....then painted red food colouring down the sides and on the top .... looked gross and the kids loved them LOL ....

so the kids had a great afternoon tea ....

for lunch they also had paella ....(kids kind - with rice veg & chicken) .... but also baby octopus on the top ... 😮

ask all the kids if they wanted to try it .... some did so I snipped off a tentacle for them to try .... but two kids wanted a whole one 😮 ...... which they promptly ate 😮 amazing really .... cos I wasnt gonna eat one .... tried a bit of tentacle .... but I like mine cooked like calamari .... soft with a light batter .... yummo ! 😉

Oh my Peela, sounds like the kids had some great stuff to eat for Halloween and hopefully had a great time eating it too. Some really neat ideas. 🙂
