Amy
would Willpower and Sweet Dreams of Magical Things still be available??
I would love to have them if they are.
Love seeing the before and after pictures of your kitchen. We have been doing our bedroom, but stupidly forgot to take before pictures.

Peela,
our petrol prices are crazy here too, going up on a weekly basis, and the government are plaaing another rise soon.
I already pay one seventh of my wage just to get me too and from work each week ๐ฎ Thank goodness we get Sunday and a day off in the week, otherwise it would be more.

MiM
Bless you for the Where is Wendy postings.
Just been busy with getting the bedroom done, and generally having a good old clear out while everything was out the bedroom, the charity shop was pleased with me as I had to be ruthless before putting stuff back in drawers and wardrobes.
Trevor had an appointment at the hospital friday, and in 3 weeks time he is to start taking tablets for three months to see if the prostate shrinks, then have another check up at the hospital in approx 4 months. We're not overly concerned about this. He got the all clear from it being cancerous, and now they just need to figure out why it is enlarged.

Time for me to get started on some cooking,
I shall pop in tomorrow, take care all.

Wow! What a difference a few degrees up in the temp outside makes in the house! It's about 40F (4C) out and we had to turn down the pellet stove quit a bit. It's 87F in the room where the stove is and 76F in the living room. Upstairs is really warm as the stove is in the area where the open staircase is. Holy smokes! But I like it!
Sharon: great to see you make it in! I know you are already familiar with pretty much everyone. Happy Birthday....which is tomorrow, right? It's still the 4th for us.
Peela: Bangor is the city in which Stephen King lives. He usually basis his book locations in one town or another all over the state of Maine. He's even had Presque Isle (where I live) in there. And Pet Semetary is based in Ludlow, which is where Shannon's boyfriend comes from. It's a tiny little town that if you blink, you'll miss it. I love Stephen King books. I like the movies too when he is involved in making them. They follow more true to the books that way and he always makes a cameo appearance. His house is really creepy looking, especially at Halloween!
Le-Anne: so sorry to hear of your MIL's passing. Big hugs to you and Mike and the family. It's never easy no matter what your relationship was.
Wendy: So glad to see you. Sounds like you have been quite busy. I am glad that Trevor is doing well. I hope they find the cause of the enlargement so you will not have that 1 last worry hanging about.
Zuffy: Thanks so much for my tag. I have it safely saved.
Mim: I am most definitely enjoying my time with Shannon and James. They are off snowmobiling atm.
Donna and Amy: I hope you are having a nice weekend!!
