evening .... didnt get back last nite .... after dentist and then shopping .... had dinner and promptly nodded off on the couch ... LOL .... so when I woke up went to bed ... and you guessed it ... couldnt sleep grrrr nodded off at about 12.30am only to be woken at 4.30am to get up for work ๐ฎ **yawn**
had tooth filled so no more sharp edges but the tongue hurts like crazy still ... its sort of ulcerated where the tooth scraped into the under tongue tissue a few days and hoping it will be ok again ...
dentist was impressed with my dentistry attempts ... told him his diploma was looking mighty shabby now that I was going to start doing it ๐ ...... he was still laughing as he inspected the tooth .... :^O
well today went to drs .... had my flu jab & pneumonia jab ... as I had pneumonia last year at this time ..... also enquired about the whooping cough jab .... as the ad on tv says its free for people working in childcare ..... pffft LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE ..... dr says it is only for new parents & grandparents ... and no one else .... but thats ok .... had one in each arm ... hope they dont bruise ... ๐

well update on the tooth saga ..... bluddy filling fell out this morning ... not happy at all X-( ..... for what is cost ... it should have lasted longer than just over 24hrs .... not right .... Ill be ringing him on monday morning .... **sigh** .... my poor tongue is not gonna be happy .... it still hasnt recovered from before the filling was done .... ๐

OMG Peela! What an ordeal and to have it fall out within 24 hours! That is so wrong on so many levels. They'd be getting an earful from me if that had happened to me. No need of it!
Donna: Those are some hot temps for sure! We finally had almost a whole day without rain and it was in the 70's today. If did start raining this evening though.Shannon is super excited to get Huntley in July. I might have to dog sit the last weekend because her father's family is having a reunion at a campground and they require a $200 deposit and $20 extra a day to have the dog there. That's a lot of money. But Shannon thinks she won't be able to be away from him that soon for so long after just getting him! LOL. Typical new Mom.....soon she'll be begging for someone to take him for the weekend. hehe

Chris has been installing an attic ladder. We never use the attic but whenever Chris wants to go up there and check on a leak from the roof, he has to haul up a ladder to get up in there. Oh what a mess! He had to make the opening larger so all the wood, sawdust, insulation....ugh. but it will be better to have it.
I've been working on my own project. I am making some wall decor using Styrofoam squares and scrapbook paper. My living room walls are dark green...I am incorporating the colors of my couch (which will be on the opposite side of the room from my decor) which are greens, browns, burnt orange, gold. Plus, in the middle of the scrapbook paper squares, I am putting in 2 b&w photos of Chris holding his little brother's hand (just the hands and part of the arms) and one of me and Chris holding hands (hands and arms). I hope it looks good on the wall. I had it all laid out on the floor. I had to paint the edges of the foam black. So now I just have to glue the papers on them.

Peela I"m so sorry I missed your post yesterday I swear it wasn't there when I logged on!! OMG your filling fell out already!! Jees you'd think it would last at least a year or two to give you a little value for $$$ Hope the dentist redoes it for free !!!
I had a three dentists stuff up 3 seperate teeth and I got charged for every visit grrrrr 2 dentists were from up north so cornflake box diplomas I still have to get RC's and crowns on those molars from their shoddy work fingers crossed the temp fillings stand up for a few more years yet.The other one I was blindsided by his good looks and lovely irish accent ๐ wasn't the last guys fault he tried his best but the root canal made my tooth die and go grey nothing a little inside tooth bleaching wont fix and lucky it's a tooth that you can't see or just a edge of when I smile or if you are a little person and look right up my mouth lol ๐

Hope everyone is having a great sunday so far I'm exhausted but I'm shoving the kidoes off to school tomorrow so fingers crossed I will get the morning to chill by myself and recharge some batteries ๐
