Peela, I've been watching some of the Olympics and it's been thoroughly exciting seeing all the athletes compete. Is there any chance that you could record the Olympics on a dvr? Sorry you've been missing it.

We had one torrential thunderstorm last night. Received quite a bit of rain and high winds. Everything is in tact this morning....thank goodness. All baby quails accounted for too. :^O

Trying to enjoy all the good weather we have been having while we got it!!!
This past weekend, Chris was involved in a mountain bike race (he was keeping times not racing) and he also smoked a pork loin for people to eat. I took a friend of mine out where the race was so we could eat some yummy food. We enjoyed the scenery as well. LOL. Spandex bike shorts...that's all I'm saying. hehe.
I went to the movie Magic Mike with some girlfriends. We had a really good time. Fun movie.
Today I am going to a friend's to do some computer fixes. She always struggles with computer things. Poor thing.
This weekend, my MIL and BIL will be coming for a visit for a few days. Shannon, James and Huntley will be coming for the weekend as well. Gonna be a busy time!
