donna ... Ive been on earlies this week .... and will be on earlies again next week ..... then probably onto middle shift .... as they rotate through the clock ....
you do a late, then early then middle .... but the centre Im at has been doing 2weeks of each shift every time youre on the shift .... but I think that is gonn change after next weeks roster finishes ... as the girls are not happy doing the two weeks of shifts ... its great if you are on earlies ...but on lates is awful ... !
had 11 babies today ... and only one that is new and only comes in one day a week ... who cries most of the day ... as he is getting used to us and being in care ... Im sure after a while he will settle down ... 😉 ..... well I hope so 😮
one of the girls I work with told me today ... that she had noticed that the room is much calmer and happier since I have been there .... which I take as a great compliment ....♥..... and the parents are very happy also ... which is a major bonus ....
so it means Im doing my job properly ... if both children & parents are happy 🙂

Donna: how's the rain situation. We have a couple down pours yesterday and some close thunder and lightening. The local TV station was hit and cause some long blackouts in the reception. Not sure exactly what got hit but it seems to be ok today.
