Sorry I've been absent. It's been pretty busy around here. My mom and stepdad have been having some health issues and I'm having to be the parent to the two of them. The roles have definitely been reversed as they get older.
I've also been running my aunt around to her doctors appointment and her various places for tests to be done. After I finished that for her on Wednesday, I ended up driving 80 miles to my moms since they weren't able to get out and get groceries. I picked my great niece up from school and we went grocery shopping for them. I spent some time with them afterwards and then drove the 80 miles back home.
Amy, I saw on FB your shattered bathroom sink. 😞 Sure hope you can get it replaced.
Peela, very sorry to hear you've been ill. Sure hope you're feeling better. Hope you're enjoying getting home from work at a decent time. That would be the best part about having to be at work so early.

Mim, well we don't get any trick or treaters around here since I live in gated community. I miss seeing the adorable children in their costumes. It was a pretty quiet evening for us.

Peela, it is real sad what's been going on on the east coast of the U.S. Between the devastation of Sandy and now the bad snow storm they've received, I'm not sure how much more they can handle. I haven't heard a whole lot this week about the east coast since we've had our Presidential elections.

I think 2 weeks of getting up before the sun has caught up with me ..... and I got another week to go of the same ..... 😮 before moving to lates the following week ... now that will mess with my system ....LOL

Peela I love early shifts only because I get to go home earlier plus I seem to be most productive in the morning too so good for the shop as I go like a machine and do all the jobs the othersdon't like...I mean don't have time to do 😄
I've got a full on busy week well two weeks ummm make that 2 months but lets just take it weekly shall we. I have to look for a car,organise a school disco,watch breaking dawn part two and start spring cleaning my house and possibly put up my chrissy tree(I know it's only november but if I don't do it soon it might not get out of it's box this year)

Peela, hope you're getting caught up on lost sleep. I seem to be doing that off and on this week. I slept for almost 9 hours today.
I'm going to be heading out of town on the 22nd for Thanksgiving and our anniversary. There's a bunch of us heading back to Laughlin and I can't wait.
