Good Morning!

Well tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we'll be heading out on our trip.

Don't know if I'll make it back in before we leave tomorrow so I'll wish Rosie a Happy Thanksgiving and wishing all of you a good week.

Stranger from over the pond peeking her head in!!

Thankyou for all my taggies up to this point, all have been scooped up and saved.

Been a rotten few weeks for me. I was off work earlier this year with back trouble, then just as I had gotten myself back onto a full route, I went and slipped on one of these drives that has the lovely designs printed into the concrete, but have a sealant on top that is absolutely lethal when it is it wet. I took three steps onto this one, foot went from under me, landed smack on my rear, and felt the judder go right up my spine.

I haven't been on the pc, as it was too uncomfy to sit here. In the end I had a 10 day intensive course of pills from the doc, 8 of one 6 of the other, and was told if they didn't work I was to go back straight away as something else was wrong. Thankfully for me, the pills eased the pain and reduced the inflammation at the base of my spine, so although I am still uncomfy, it is something I cam deal with,

Anyway this is just a late night pop in from me to let you all know I am alive and kicking. Went to see Breaking Dawn Part 2 with my sis and niece tonight and all I can say is OMG!!!! Loved it!!

Breaking Dawn...Yup I really enjoyed part 2 much more than part 1.  I did like the ending change....had me freaked a little until the reveal.....I was like..THAT did not happen in the book. But it worked for the movie. I know that Stephanie Meyers did come up with it along with a couple others.

well late shift was a bummer ..... and guess what ... they put me on it again for this coming week .X-( .... I should have been on middle ... but they gave that and the early to the permanent girls .... pffft not nice !! ..... only got this week there ... and then no bookings until the week of xmas ... 😮 ........ but Im not worried ... if I dont get work there is plenty to do around the house and garden ... seeing as I have worked full time for the rest of the year 😮 ....

do have to re-do my senior first aid certificate on the 7th Dec .... its just a refresher course ... but still a full day of instructions! ..... we have to have it as a qualified/team leader ... and it lasts 3yrs ... then you can do a refresher course that adds another 3 yrs to your certificate ..... then you have to do the full course again ... and on it goes ... 😉

off to the work xmas party tonite .... its a hawaiian theme .... so will be interesting to see what everyone wears 😉 ....
