Hello Everyone
Thanks for all the well wishes for Chris. It's not keeping him down, that's for sure! He went to work this morning and then he went out the the Nordic Center (our outdoor activity center) because they are holding Ski State Championship races there this week and he was in charge of timing the racers. Well, he can't run the equipment but he can tell others what to do. He went out there a little bit yesterday also. UGH! He's a stubborn man. He won't just sit and rest for a minute. I also believe that he and Shannon have some kind of competition for hospital visits. She was one up on him with her last surgery in December. He just couldn't let it be. I say they are even and it needs to stop now! Oh Boys.......
Mim: my nursing skills didn't realyl come into play when he injured the thumb. We just wrapped a towel around it and he held pressure on the cut and we sped to the hospital. Good thing it's only a 5 minute drive!
Amy: I am glad your thumb incident worked out for the best! That had to be very painful at the time though.
Peela: I hope you are settling back into your routine after being away. I sure you'd rather not and still be on vacation!

its a bit sad that you wait for so long for your holidays ... in my case it was 2 yrs ... ๐ฎ .... and then within a day of being back at work ...its like it never was ..... apart from all the stuff strewn around my room at the moment .... havent had time to sort through it all .... got pressies for friends and have to put them into bags and set them aside for when I see them .... lOL
will get it sorted at the weekend .... my main priority was to get all the washing done ...which I did ... thank goodness !!
off to have some dinner .. BBL

well off to bed for me .... a busy day today with the toddlers .... making goop .... playing in it ....with it .... and then cleaning up the toddlers ..... mind you best thing is once it dries it brushes off ...and easy to clean up ..... and they loved it .... feels bizarre when you run your hands./fingers through it .... but cool !
who knows what I will decide to do tomorrow .... to keep the little ones happy .... LOL ....
