LAP - Grace was so pleased to have Roxanne over for the day, and was only sorry that Lisa was too busy studying for an exercise in her tutorial; Roxanne rubbed Rufus’ ears and gestured to Bailey to jump onto her lap while Grace saw the last of the squirrel as it scampered out of sight.

PLANT - While the dogs were occupied with Roxanne, Grace decided to plant some seeds in her herb garden, as she needed a new crop to replace those that had gone to seed.

TURNING - Grace was turning over the soil when she noticed something bright and sparkling in amongst the leaves and soil. She couldn`t believe her luck as she had just found her long lost ring given to her by husband many years ago....

GEM - It was an astonishing find - a gem that awoke mixed emotions in her - but it made Grace draw in a quick breath of dismay as she pictured what might have happened if one of the dogs had found it and swallowed it.

MAIL - As she finished planting the seeds, Grace heard the postman stop, so she dusted herself off and went to collect her mail.

LOOKING - Looking at her mail Grace frowned as she had received a letter from someone asking her to please donate to a cause that she had never heard of. She would the letter  to Roxanne and see what she thinks.

GIGGLED - Going inside, she showed the letter to Roxanne, who giggled and said "Oh Mum, what have you been up to?  They want you to donate to a group who believes that public nudity is the only way to heal the earth!"

DON`T - Giggling Grace`s reaction to Roxanne`s announcement was you don`t say!! Fancy wanting me to donate to a crazy group who believes public nudity was the way to heal the earth! Under her breath she whispered to Rufus and Bailey.... I wish I knew the answer though.

TERRIBLE - Grace then laughed and took a photo on her phone of the nudity-donation letter, saying “I’ll text this to Lissa – she’ll laugh her head off!” and Roxanne rolled her eyes as she commented “Honestly, Lissa’s sense of humour is just as wacky as yours - it’s terrible! … but mum, on a more serious note, are you going to introduce Edward to the two of us soon?”
