Hm...... I don't think either of those methods would work for me.

I came up with the bright idea of incorporating things like that into my desktop image

So far I only have one program on it.......... and I think you may be able to guess what that is.......... rotfl.

Hobbled into Medicare today and after waiting for my number to be called for ages it's finally my turn. I find out I have to fill out a form so go to the back desk to do so - no pens there....go back to desk and ask for pen only to be told you have to bring your own pen and we don't supply them!!! FFS, not going back there again!!

They must have had training from CL staff to be that helpful
