sorry donna was talking to gina in FB .......

foot is sore - did the hot water in the bucket this morning ....have to do the icing later after dinner ....:-(

got missy to massage some pawpaw cream into it last nite - cos doc said massage is okay - and pawpaw cream cant hurt it ....and boy ouch !! she actually pushed on the sore spot twice .....it hurt like a beach I can tell you .....

today at work I tried to keep it up or immoblised so it didnt hurt too much .....
