Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Stupid ruddy shops..... why dont they check their merchandise before they sell it.......

I bought two futon sofa beds last week... one for Miss 11 and the other for master 14... Miss 18 has one and they love it so thought I would get them one each as well.........

Well just took them outta the boxes to put them together and well well well.... NO RUDDY SCREWS.... grrrrrr

So I ring the place where I got them from.... they check their stock.. only one futon bed left... HELLO... it dont have screws in the box either.... they tell me I can bring them back for a full refund... cept I had them delivered and they wont come pick them up... then they tell me.. well bring your reciept in and we will give you a partial refund.... well HELLO... thats no good.. how can I put em together with no screws.. then miss smarty pants says... well you could try the hardware shop and see if they have the same screws..... yeh right!

ok so in hubbys bag of tricks I found some other screws... so we have one futon up...


Grrr I gonna kilt these kids.... thankgod they going back to school tomorrow..... stupid teachers and their pupil free days........

Probably because they don't have enough staff.

It usually all boils down to budgets, profits, growth and shareholders...... X-(

I'm with Bundy. See how much they offer as a partial refund..... hold out for as much as you can get.

What they offer isn't always set in concrete.

yes binks remember its a taxi fee to take them in the rexeipt and then more searching at another outlet to get screws to make there faulty item go together and you dont drive so you cant carry them back to them thats why you paid for delivery
