havent heard anything back from the net mob ....X-(

told them I wanted 3mths free and the money back from the cost of the dongle & my daughters mobile recharges ......and a written apology - not an email !
just got my mob bill and thats on a fixed amount but cost me $32 ....... X-( so that wasnt even taken into account .....

I will ring them maybe on monday to ask whats going on ??
