waves to ebberyone had a busy day at dr to try work out whats wrong with my arms and knees well she seems to think wear and tear

knees are classic ostio and 20 years of squash has stuffed them and the pain is worse because of manopause

arms are tennis elbow over use and not resting them well how can i rest them lol

terry has also been painful today back on the he isnt giving up hope he just dosnt get it ive moved on and not going to put the energy into it anymore
also went to dentist today and finished colouring the new do
i think i might fall into bed today

I am trying to convince mine I am 21and an athlete, I will let you know how it worked out in about 12 months if it hasn't killed me 😄
