still working with bank gunna maybe 2 days before auction before funds are reeased from investment i hate stress grrrrrr im a virgo we need to be at least a little organized lol

lawyer went through all the contract and surveys with me and all is in order
then i did coffee with the auctioneer/selling agent yesterday
