remember the old chip heater .... we had one that dad used to light so we could have a bath/shower ..... LOL ..... wouldnt find any of those around these days 😉

One of our first places we lived when we got married had one of them, you had hot water till the fire went out 😮

I think the place only had about 3 power points

and another had a wood stove, those places were old and rough but the rent was cheap so meant we could save more to buy our own house.

Times were tough but simple

been to doctors .... chest all clear .... but still got the sore side ...she says its cos the pneumonia is still there and will take a bit longer to clear up ...but all good !
