Looks like you have a week ends reno to do but hey its home.

Is that a wood stove in the kitchen? if so I would be keeping that for heating they do a great job to keep the place warm and hot water for a cuppa.

and you dont have a 2km driveway :^O

it is a wood stove hawky but when i walk in now my eyes burn so it need some tlc and that room is the only living space so limited on space i think the old canberra is going to go


bathroom also needs tlc but is better than where i am not that that is very hard at least i wont stub my toes on that slap of concrete under the dunny lol

Hey that looks OK for an open entertaining area, I wouldnt be pulling it down as such unless its under an order, you wont get approval to do anything unless it complies with all current building codes, but should be able to repair what existing 😉

its only got one beam holding it up and not a snow reg roof so its a bit dangerous this house mr red necklace checked out for me when we were together and hes a builder and said nup gota go
