Sorry I haven't been in here. Yesterday morning I did 'something' to my back and it laid me out. I could hardly walk.
Trouble was, yeterday was our Silver Wedding Anniversary and MrBraff had ordered a stretch limo as a surprise and it was really difficult getting glammed up and then going into Sydney city in the limo. The weather was atrocious. The car had a bottle of bubbly and all the glasses in it. We went to Sydney Tower and up to the revolving restaurant and looked at all the pretty lights of Sydney. After dinner we walked - well I shuffled, because that is all I was able to manage, to the Hilton Hotel to the Marble Bar and had some drinks there. I had 2 very classy glasses of water ๐ When we were ready we rang the car place up and they came back with the limo to take us home. I was in so much pain that it even hurt getting in and out of the car.
When I was in the bedroom getting changed, I must have moved at a wrong angle or something because the most agonising pain went straight through me and I crashed like a lead balloon onto the bed unable to move. It took me a while to be able to get into PJ's and into bed.
Today, I was able to walk a lot better but I still have the pain. I went and saw the Doc this afternoon but all I can take is Panadeine Forte and a hot water bottle. We have bought a wheat heat pack instead. I have used it already and I am about to go and heat it up again mow that I will be going to bed.

well even though your back was giving you curry it sounds like you had a lovely time with mr braff ...... congratulations on 25yrs marriage โฅโฅ
something I found at the chemist is a cream they use for arthritis ..... its called Pain Away ...... and it really does work....my missy hurt her foot .....and used to put some of the cream onto it ...... she swears it made her foot stop hurting .....and a friend I told about it .....uses it when she plays softball .... she says its magic ...... maybe you can get some to apply ...... it cant hurt and may help with the pain ....

Thanks for the tipo about Pain away. Next time I am at the Chemists I will ask after it.
My back is a little bit better today. Still has the twinges, but I am walking better. It really 'grabs' at me every now and then.
I wish your cold would disappear. It must be hard to get rid of though when you are working around littlies all the time. My Miss - (still unemployed X-( ) is having a paid work experience day at a Childcare centre tomorrow. hooray! The first bit of income since the end of February. ๐
The weather is miserable here at the moment. Lots of rain around and it is quite cool. I prefer the warmer months.
Have a nice evening. It is a telly night for me. I love City Homicide but now it is up against Farmer Wants a Wife which I like also. I will have to watch one of them online in off peak time. Ever since Missy has been off work we blow our download limit every month and it is so frustrating when the computer is s l o w ๐

these last 5 wks Ive been in the toddlers room (2-3yrs) ..... for the next 2mths starting on monday Im in the babies room .... (6wks - 2yrs).....
