I like the old metal bands: the 80's and 90's metal: Heavy Metal, Thrash Metal and Seattle Sound/ Grunge.

Ram Jam...not a metal band and they covered this   blues and roots song that goes back to the 19th century and first  linked to  Lead belly.

If spiderbait did anything to it, they added some balz to the riffs.
