Account is upgraded to plus, but getting "To apply this code, you need to be an eBay Plus member"

I've been an eBay plus member since June-12. The non-ebay plus code works. But the eBayplus only code doesn't..

Make sure you are signed in to the account that has the membership.

Sometimes there are issues with the app so if using the app try using a browser. 

Have you reached the limit on the number of times it can be used? And is it still an active voucher? 

If all else fails use the non-plus voucher- it's what...an extra 2%??

It's not the extra 2% I care about, so much as there could be a new eBay plus promotion only for members and i wouldn't be eligible.
