Account restricted and hopeless CS

My account has restricted and I have supplied as many information as I can, proof of delivery and proof of purchase as well. 

I am selling Bitmain Antminer, I sell cheaper than others because of I bought cheap, I think Ebay thinks my item were stolen?

Anyway, I have reported to ACCC and my lawyer is going to send a legal letter to Ebay next week unless solved my issue on Monday.

Many before you, have found that ebay can shut you down anytime they like.

What are the chances you are in breach of, third party fullfilment policies.

Given the buyer seems to have received the item, it would be unlikely there are third party fulfilment breaches. I'd be concerned too, if I legitimately sold something worth $9k and no money was forthcoming. Mind you, I would read and understand eBay's terms first.

Shipping from china, they must be able to supply proof of ownership, prior to listing, and proof of contract for storage and shipping , plus a couple of other requirements
