Have you actually join eBay plus?

What do you need to be covered for?

Have you bought something there is an issue with?

If so, is the seller trying to tell you they can’t help you with the issue because it was not an eBay plus item?

I am a beginner- lost but I think I am getting there-had to get an I.T.man to help me big mess I ordered 1 hearing impaired and was billed for 4 (bank) I didn't know how to get rid of them myself. I don't know what I did to cause this problem but it has been a big problem- hope I am on track now.87 y.o finding new tech hard to grasp- I hope to get there before I roll over. L.M
