Do you have to change bank account first?

If you're trying to register to sell and sign up for managed payments, I'm fairly sure  you need to register a brand  new account in Australia.

You can check that with eBay Help in working hours.

Using this link, click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page and on the right hand side of the page, you'll see the automated assistant. Ask to speak to an agent or supervisor

If  that isn't the problem, what message are you receiving when you go to your

Account

Addresses

Registration Address  > Edit

Personal Info > Edit

and you try to change the country or region  drop down box option  from France to Australia ?

Casey - I cannot select the country it’s greyed out, all the other fields I can change
