To close your account go to the bottom of page and clock on site map and then scroll onto my account and then click on close account and then you will be asked a few questions and if every thing is in order you will then be allowed to close it,but I hope that you're not closing your account because of your recent problem as you shouldn't let that discourage you from staying on ebay.
