If a seller has 100% positive feedback then gets 1 negative feedback they drop to 99.5% 

If seller has no negative feedback for the next 12 months then they go back up to 100%

Ebay's algorithm & policy doesn't even allow a seller to gradually climb back up to 100% over a reasonable period of time.

The seller ends up getting punished for 12 long months

It's happened to me. I took it on the chin. I didn't come to the boards not asking a question in the Answer Centre
