If a seller has 100% positive feedback then gets 1 negative feedback they drop to 99.5% 

If seller has no negative feedback for the next 12 months then they go back up to 100%

Ebay's algorithm & policy doesn't even allow a seller to gradually climb back up to 100% over a reasonable period of time.

The seller ends up getting punished for 12 long months

I was just looking at your response to that neg you got.

A far better look rather than making excuses would have been to apologise to the buyer.

, maybe do that with your next neg.

I sent an apology & explanation to the buyer however he did not see my message until after he gave negative feeback after he gave

Buyer tried to revise but ebay's system is too complex to navigate to reverse feedback - I dont give a rats about the neg feedback - What nobody seems to comprehend is a seller cannot gradually climb back up to 100% over the next 12 months even if you get all positives during the next 12 months - Get it ?

Buyer cannot revise unless the SELLER sends a feedback revision request. Because you haven't bothered to read the applicable information, yes, you will be below 100% for the remainder of the 12 months.
