Getting multiple calls

I've gotten three calls from this number, I answered on the third call and they claimed they are from eBay customer support and are calling me about a post I had made on the customer support forums regarding a seller cancelling an order. They knew my full name and address and also knew I had received a refund from eBay.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam, and I didn't give them any personal information and I've changed my eBay and email passwords, but I'm worried that they know my account details. Is there anything else that I can do? Thanks in advance.

It is a scam. It’s been previously referred to on these forums and you can also see relevant comments on reverseaustralia.

Never confirm your name and details to a caller claiming to be eBay, Amazon, etc.

Block the number.

What is meant - is - if you are not sure of the veracity of a telephone number - type it into your google search.

Details of that number will show.

It's a scam number.
