HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE TRUE IDENTITY OF A 'SELLER' IN ORDER THAT MY LAWYER CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO RECOVER COSTS OF PICK UP WHICH NEVER TOOK PLACE BECAUSE THE SELLER WAS NOT AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN.

If you paid before picking up the item that was your first error.
NEVER pay in advance for a pick up item as you only pay cash after inspected and happy with the item.
If the address given was false then so would the info they registered on ebay with.
You can try this link http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=9 and you will need the item number and sellers ID to enter and then you need to go to your emails and the contact info will be there.
