How can I update my contact telephone numbers?

I can't see or find in my account where to do this? why is something simple like this a pain to fix??

From "My ebay" page, hover over account tab and select personal information. Scroll to registered address and select edit to the right. Then select change at the registration address and you will be asked to sign in to change any details.
