How to contact eBay to leave feedback

I would like to leave feedback for EBay itself but can't find an email address. 

On the contact page the email and phone icons are greyed out and don't respond.

i would like to comment in the false advertising e.g.   I was looking for an IPad case, one came up $10 I go in and that price  is for some other item like a screen saver or something.  The actual price is $40 for an iPad case.

Every listing has a report link. However it is probably within the rules.

Unfortunately many Asian sellers misuse this feature so as to gain an unfair position in searches.

Neither does posting on a seven year old thread, complaining that the forum does nothing. Given you have not asked for any help from other members, how do you expect we help you?
