I have been trying to cancel my ebay plus membership for a few months now. I thought it had been cancelled until I got an account out of nowhere. I had sent 2 emails after notification that my renewal membership was coming up so I cancelled it immediately by return email. I was told it was easy to cancel ebay plus membership. WHY can't I do this? I only have a Samsung mobile phone and that is all have ever had. PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I have sent 2 emails, had chats with your staff and even tried ringing you. All attempts seem to fail. This is UNFAIR. I WANT MY EBAY PLUS MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED.

Try to do the correct method of cancelling - but if they are being paid by automatic payments - turn it off.

emails to eBay are pointless, they are 'manned' by bots

Replying to an email is not cancelling, which can only be done through the actual, proper cancellation link

The eBay CS read from pre- written scripts, they can't do it, they don't have that level of 'authority' 

I do not use eBay on a phone, nor have I had any interest in signing up to eBay Plus

there is supposedly a link to cancel in your eBay Plus account

Exactly where that is on a phone, I can't tell you

Another member may well know, but yelling at people here to cancel it won't get anything done
