I am told by an unidentified source that $299.99 is being charged to my ebay account.

I've had a call about an order for &299.99 and it is being charged to my account. I haven't p[laced an order for many months.

What's going on?? Is this a scam??? The caller says he's from Melbourne but his accent is from the sub-continent and his english is appalling.
