I cancelled my account back in September, how come another $19 was taken this month? Please rectify this ASAP as I am a pensioner and am having trouble putting food on the table without this happening to me.
Did you receive a confirmation email that your Smarty Cashback Plus account had been cancelled?
At any rate, eBay has nothing to do with them apart from being one of many companies that gives cashback through them, and we are just ordinary members, not even eBay staff.
You will have to contact Smarty directly, either by email or maybe on Facebook if you are on Facebook.

Obviously for Aussies it would normally be (1) or (2).
Other members cannot cancel for you or refund you fees owed
Did you cancel the correct thing? (have you signed up for more than one subscription)
Was it for eBay Plus or Smartycashback or something else?
And how did you cancel?
You need to do it the right way, not just send an email or post on a member to member forum to cancel it
I can't afford to sign up to these subscribe to get a voucher things in the first place, so please don't play the I'm a pensioner card, I don't even have that much
