I had problems with my computer and printer in April, which resulted in $117.10 of cancelled labels, these cancellations have been approved by Ebay, but in spite of numerous emails and requests I cannot get a credit on my account, they have informed me a credit is due, but it isa not forthcoming. Whay are my options.
