This is an endless cycle that every time I go to log in asks this question , but I can never progress past this point. I will repeat, I have the correct Log in details including my password

It's possibly a "login loop", try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer.
Have you tried using a different browser, I use Firefox and Chrome with very few problems on Win 10.
